I've wondered if they really fix the problems or just create new ones. A question-and-answer section sounds incredibly useful, actually. Seems like preventative measures are really important. My own experience involved a similar situation where a forced update on my phone wiped out my progress in the Connections Game. Sharing this for those interested.
